Maxx Volts hybrid battery reconditioning systems are used in over 30 countries. Our website checkout currently supports U.S. and Canadian shipping addresses only. If you're located outside the U.S. or Canada, use one of the options below to get your order shipped internationally.

How to Place an International Order
⭐ Option 1: U.S. Freight Forwarder (Recommended)
The easiest way to order internationally is through a U.S.-based freight forwarding service. These services give you a U.S. shipping address, so you can check out normally on our website. The forwarder receives your package and ships it to your country.
How it works:
- Sign up for a free account at one of the services below — you'll get a U.S. mailing address.
- Shop on www.maxx-volts.com and add your items to the cart.
- At checkout, enter the U.S. forwarding address as your shipping address.
- Pay normally with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
- We ship your order domestically via USPS Priority Mail to your forwarder.
- The forwarder receives your package and ships it internationally to your home address.

✅ Why this is the best option: You get full Shopify checkout protection, your order ships via domestic USPS (fast & reliable), and you choose how the forwarder ships to you. Forwarders handle customs paperwork and offer multiple international carrier options (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
Option 2: Bank Transfer / Wise (Direct Shipment)
If you'd prefer we ship directly to your international address, we can arrange that via bank wire transfer or Wise (formerly TransferWise). This is a manual process — we'll quote shipping costs based on your address and create an invoice.
- No credit card required — payment is confirmed before we ship
- Lower fees than international card processing
- Preferred for B2B, fleet/shop, and repeat customers
- Best for orders over $500 or bulk purchases

- Preferred shipping speed (economy vs express)
We'll respond within 24 hours with a total price including international shipping.

Good news — Canada is supported directly at checkout. Just add items to your cart and enter your Canadian address.

Customs, Duties & VAT
⚠️ Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- The buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes (including VAT/GST), and brokerage fees.
- We declare the full transaction value on all customs forms — we do not undervalue shipments.
- Customs processing may add additional transit time beyond the carrier's estimate.
- Refused or abandoned shipments due to unpaid duties will result in the item being returned at the buyer's expense. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
To estimate duties and taxes before ordering:

- 🇬🇧 UK: UK Trade Tariff
- 🇦🇺 Australia: ABF Tariff Classification
- HS Code for our products: 8504.40 (Static converters / battery chargers)
International Returns & Warranty
- All Maxx Volts products carry the same warranty regardless of destination country.
- If a return is needed, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our U.S. facility.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
- We do not refund import duties or taxes — contact your local customs authority for duty drawback procedures.
Restricted Destinations
We comply with all U.S. export regulations and cannot ship to countries subject to U.S. Treasury (OFAC) sanctions. Contact us if you have questions about shipping to your country.
