WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY
Maxx Volts offers a several model charger systems for each year make and model vehicle. The entry level EL-1 Series chargers have a 6 month warranty against manufacturer defect or power supply failure. All Premium Line chargers (3) have a two year limited parts and labor warranty.
If a covered component fails within the first 30 days of the warranty period, please contact us via email and describe what happened. If covered by warranty, Maxx Volts will pay for shipping costs to return the item to our service center with a pre-paid shipping label and will pay for costs to ship the repaired item back to you.
If an item fails after the first 30 days while under warranty, you are responsible for associated return shipping costs to us and back to you. Send us an email describing what occurred and if we are unable to troubleshoot your issue at that time, we will provide an RMA#. Write this number on the outside of package or include it on the shipping label. Always use the original REGIONAL BOX A and packing materials the charger was received in, to ship the system back.
An RMA number is required for all approved repairs whether covered under warranty or not. This is so we can assure a quick turnaround and know what we are working with upon receipt of your item.
There are no returns on electronic tools or charging systems for refund.
No package will be accepted at our facility without a valid RMA#.
There are NO RETURNS on charging systems or electronic tools. All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns on grid charging systems, dischargers or wiring harnesses.
